PowerSchool and ALSDE are aware that there was a reported outage with the Enterprise Controller server yesterday. Due to the outage, districts may see alerts stating Enterprise Controller jobs failed yesterday. These should be resolved with the next scheduled run of those jobs.
Details on next scheduled run are located on the Enterprise Controller Sync Job Dashboard in your SIS instance.
If you are still experiencing errors after the scheduled run, please enter a support ticket.
Alternately, if the you would like, you can select the run now action button, which will trigger an immediate run of the Sync Job.
