PowerSchool is aware of an issue where medications are duplicating on the Health To Do list for students.

We have isolated the duplicate medication record behavior to students with remote enrollments who are taking courses at other schools. Administering a medication from the To Do List page automatically removes the duplicate record.

Our team is currently investigating for any underlying issue.
