The PowerSchool Development team has been working on a fix for this automated process.
Currently, Districts are being provided with flat files to be imported that contain the exported stored grades. Prior to import, please be sure to make sure that the field in the import file, datestored, is filled with the import date prior to import.
Importing those records without the datestored filled may cause student records transfers for that student to fail. We have a community article that covers what this causes and how to contact support to help resolve it.

The Enterprise Controller synchronization jobs below may be failing. Please verify their status using the details listed or contact PowerSchool Support for assistance. - CAS_NC_CROSS_LEA_SG_JOB - 2023-5-26 ... CAS_NC_CROSS_LEA_SG_JOB FAILED
This job is not failing and has been purposefully disabled. You do not need to create a case with Support re: this issue.
