Investigating

We are aware of an issue where student envelopes containing documents with certain special characters are triggering an error and cannot be sent. The error message includes the phrase: "The given path's format is not supported."

We are actively working on a fix. In the meantime, please contact support for assistance with sending affected student envelopes.
