PowerSchool is almost finished reviewing everyone's permissions for the Special Education Teacher (Security Group Default). There have been some reports that teachers are unable to see their caseload or access Special Programs. We have determined that this is due to districts manually adding members as well as syncing with SIS using the SIS User Access Role sync. If you need assistance, please contact PowerSchool support.

PowerSchool is almost finished with the restore of the Special Education Teacher security group. The PowerSchool team is verifying each LEA's group settings and will provide an update of completion by the end of the day.

The security group, "Special Education Teacher (Security Group Default)" has been sync'd from the controller around 11:30 AM Central. PowerSchool is working on reverting each district's version back to what it was before the sync.
