Investigating - PowerSchool Support is aware of an issue where the window to edit attendance related actions in an incident is grayed out and cannot be edited.
The workaround is to use the All Incidents page to modify the Attendance Related Action tied to the Incident Record.

Identified - PowerSchool Special Programs has identified the cause impacting security groups from importing Special Education History profile with the student envelope. In the meantime, please use the 'Assume System Admin Role' to complete student transfers.

The PowerSchool Development team has been working on a fix for this automated process.
Currently, Districts are being provided with flat files to be imported that contain the exported stored grades. Prior to import, please be sure to make sure that the field in the import file, datestored, is filled with the import date prior to import.
Importing those records without the datestored filled may cause student records transfers for that student to fail. We have a community article that covers what this causes and how to contact support to help resolve it.

PowerSchool will be deploying PowerSchool SIS Core 25.3 and State Reporting update 25.4.1.0 to all production SIS instances with Maintenance Window starting Friday, April 11th at 5pm Central, and extending through Sunday evening. Your SIS instances may not be available during this time. This maintenance will be completed by 5am Central time Monday, April 14th, 2025.
